If ever there was a topic that just about everyone has in common it’s got to be relationships. Moreover, breakingup and makingup have been the center of conversations all around the world.

It starts at a young age for most, from your first high school romance to more serious relationships later on in life. If you have landed on this page it’s a fair bet you are looking for some advice and guidance in love and getting back together.

If you have recently been spurned in a relationship then we know the emotional turmoil you are going through right now. It’s more than likely you didn’t see it coming and now you are trying to deal with it the best way you can. For many, it’s a time when they feel totally isolated from the world – feelings of anxiety set in and it’s as if you are under a microscope and the brunt of gossip.

The Dear John Phone Call

Well, that’s how it felt for me the first time I was spurned. That cold phone call I received out of the blue letting me know “my services were no longer required in this relationship.”

I thought it was a joke – I didn’t want to believe it and acted accordingly. Feelings of panic and desperation set in and my instincts told me that I could straighten it out by simply talking with her and letting her know that she was making a big mistake.

When this didn’t have any impact I resorted to letting her know I couldn’t live without her and might even do something drastic. It was a needy response and at the time, it was the worse thing I could have done. Needy and desperate behavior only drove her further away and none of the phone calls, text messages or emails I bombarded her with had any effect. I was becoming something she began to resent and in the end, whatever chance there was of a reconciliation I totally screwed up.

Does this sound like a familiar story? T W Jackson who has penned the most important system guide in makingup over the past ten years The Magic Of Making Up, says when someone is dumped in a relationship the first mistake they make is to let feelings of desperation and panic take over. What they should be doing is thinking counter intuitively. You can hear what “T W” has to say by clicking here.

How To Survive Your Relationship

Whether you are trying to win back the favor of your ex or looking for some guidance in stopping a divorce and saving your marriage, LoveAndMakingUp.com will have more than enough advice with tips from experts on either winning back your ex, getting over them in super quick time or pinpointing areas of your relationship that are eating away at it “like a cancer” and leading to a breakup.

Knowing how to avoid these problems is much more beneficial than trying to fix them up when things fall apart.

In most studies on stress, it has shown that a divorce ranks even higher on a stress scale than losing a loved one, or the death of a friend.  Most people don’t know how to properly go through a relationship breakup.

The breaking up and end of most relationships will always be painful, and stressful.  Even if it’s one that needs to end and is not healthy to be in.  You’ve spent a lot of time and emotion with your partner, and even if you’re the one ending it, this still comes with a lot of hurt feelings.

Obviously, it can be even worse if you’re the one being dumped.  Any relationship breakup that you don’t want to end or even expected to happen can be very painful to go through.  What you have to keep in mind is that a relationship needs two consenting people that wish to be in it.  You may want it to go on, but if your partner has decided to call it quits, you may have to consider the fact that your relationship needs to end.

There is help though.

Here are some techniques that can be used to ease the pain of almost any relationship breakup.  There is several methods to outline here that have been proven to relieve the stress of a broken heart and ease the pain as you move past the hurt.

Step One: Figure Out Why – You need to know the core reasons why your relationship has ended.  This doesn’t matter if you were the one breaking up or the one being broken up with.  Either way you need to realize, understand, or even figure out what the reasons are for the breakup.
Step Two: Get Rid of Reminders - You need space and time between you and your partner that you have just ended it with, or been dumped by.  No going to bed each night hanging onto your ex’s old belongings or staring at their old photos.  You need to clean house and eliminate your space and mind of your ex entirely.  Not permanently, but just remove them out of sight and determine later if these items should be removed for good. It’s important and healthy to make a clean break, so you need to put all those little reminders away!
Step Three: Positive People -  If you’ve just been involved in a relationship breakup, it’s time to get out of the negative place you’re naturally going to find yourself in, and start surrounding yourself with positive places, people, and things.  There are negative people in the world, and then there are positive people in the world.  You know who they are.  So go out and find them so that you can spend as much time as you can being around them and in a positive environment.  This combination with the previous two steps, puts you in the beginning of being in the right place to move on.
Step Four: Start Dating Again - The final step that is probably the most important one for you to start recovering from a relationship break up, is to start dating other people.  Before you panic and start shouting that you don’t want anyone else, that it’s your ex you only want, and no one else… the important thing to remember about this step is that you’re not trying to replace your ex.  You’re merely trying to start seeing things in a new perspective without them.  A date can be a friendly social thing and not a love interest.  Meeting new people does not have to be about rebounding to a new love interest.  It is only about being able to move on and see other folks.

Don’t look at every date as a potential love interest.  Just look at the dating new folks as a chance to get your mojo back, and relieve some of that stress. Have fun and take a chance!  You might actually find some new and interesting people to have fun with or even more…

The four steps outlined here will have you mending the pain over your relationship breakup in no time flat. But keep in mind; you don’t necessarily have to get over a break up. Sometimes good relationships fall apart for the wrong reasons, and you can fix the damage. You just need to find the right plan.

Most couples can find that they are capable of working through any issue and problem with enough love for their partner. When that love starts to turn cold, and love becomes weak… it is not enough to simply work through the issues.

You may have seen and read a huge number of articles on saving relationships and ways to go about patching things up once they have fallen apart. But do you really want to go through all of the effort and emotional upheaval if you are not in a good relationship? If you want a relationship worth saving in the end you will need to start laying the groundwork right from day one.

A relationship worth saving is a solid one that is built on the principles of respect, caring and communication. It is honest and acknowledges that people can and do make mistakes. A solid relationship is one that is formed between adults that are able to dedicate themselves to each other and not play head games. The people in a relationship like this are willing to work things through and not resort to name calling or immature behavior.

If you want to build a relationship worth saving, you need to learn what true commitment means. A sold relationship has no room for infidelity or hurtful behavior. Everyone has inadvertently hurt the one they love at some time in their life, but there is a huge difference between an accident and deliberately hurting them or being cruel. As well, if you do accidentally hurt your partner’s feeling, it is important that you acknowledge this and own up to what you have done.

There are a few definite relationship killers that you must avoid at all costs. Major dishonesty and infidelity are without a doubt the worst mistakes you can make. They go beyond simple wounding or inconsiderate behavior. The damage that they can do to a healthy relationship is so long lasting and all encompassing that often they destroy a relationship past the point where it can be repaired.

The problem with infidelity is that it totally destroys the trust that your partner has placed in you. You are risking your partner’s mental, emotional and physical health. As well, there is a very good chance that you will be discovered and the dishonesty that surrounds an affair will definitely make the entire situation worse.

If you are just beginning a relationship and you want to make sure that it stays on track and is built on a solid foundation, you must realize that this can take time to develop. You want to make sure that you are being honest with your partner on an ongoing basis and that your partner is able to meet and fall in love with the real you. You don’t want to hide how you feel or what you think about things because after a while your partner won’t love the real you and when reality hits, the relationship can be doomed.

A good relationship can have a positive impact on all of the areas of your life. It can be a source of strength and joy that can make the hardships of your life tolerable. As well, if you have built a strong relationship worth saving it will have the strength to withstand the external pressures that life puts in your way.

If you are like most people who have broken up with your lover but still want to get back together, chances are you are not too sure what to do next. You are not really sure what the next step you need to take is.

Well, this is very normal and expected. It is especially true if you have just broken up and is going through an emotional turmoil.

Most probably, you are now looking for direction. You are looking for someone to guide you. So, where should you look for help? Where are the best places to get save relationship advice?

Well, one possible way is to seek advice from friends. However, this is not necessary the best approach. Why is that so? Well, first, your friend may not really understand your situation and may not be in the position to give you good advice.

Second, your friend may not be a relationship expert and you should only take his/her advice with a grain of salt. Unless your friend is a relationship expert and is very successful with his/her own relationship.

The next place to seek help is through counseling. But that is probably more applicable to marriage relationship rather than BGR. If you are trying to save a BGR relationship, counseling is probably not a practical solution unless you are suffering from depression and is trying to use counseling to overcome it.

The other alternative is through the Internet. There are many relationship forums you can join and ask questions or just to share your woes. The advantage is that you get to keep your privacy. But the drawback is that you may not get accurate advice as you do not know whether the people who give you advice are qualified to do so. You will have to use your own judgment here.

Probably one of the best solutions is to buy Get Ex Back guide. They are usually written by experts from various backgrounds.

Some of these experts have encountered relationship breakup but have managed to win their ex back. Therefore, they have 1st hand experience and know what they are talking about.

Others may not have encountered any problems with their relationship before but they understand human psychology very well and know what ticks and what not. Therefore, they are able to help people get back together nonetheless.

The great thing is that their guide usually comes with at least a 60 days money back guarantee. Therefore, you will usually have 60 days to try them to see if they work. If not, you can easily get your money back.
